Privacy Policy
Last updated July 1, 2026.
We collect as little as we can to run the site and send the newsletter, and we don’t sell your data. Full stop. Here is the plain-English version.
What we collect
- Email address. When you subscribe to the Bitcoin Brief or create an account, so we can deliver what you asked for.
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta and X advertising pixels to understand which pages get read, where traffic comes from, and how our campaigns perform. These set cookies and share data with those providers under their own privacy policies.
- Membership data. For Round Table members, the information needed to provision and support your account.
How we use it
To send the newsletter and product updates you opted into, to operate and improve the site, to provide membership access and support, and to comply with the law. That is the whole list.
Keeping the bots out
Our signup and sign-in forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which confirms you are a real person and not a bot. We chose it on purpose: unlike the usual CAPTCHAs, it does not track you across the web or feed an advertising profile. It reads basic device and browser signals to make that call, handled by Cloudflare under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Your choices
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data anytime by emailing us. Most browsers let you block cookies if you’d rather.
